Make sure you have learnt how to inject and are not afraid to before continuing.
You can get syringes and needles pretty easily in the UK.
Here are some links to find some either for free or at a minimal cost.
First check that you can get Needle Exchange services through the postal system
Needle Exchange Directory (England Only)
Needle Exchange Directory (Scotland Only)
Find a Needle Exchange servive (Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan)
Find a Needle Exchange service (Northern Ireland only)
Otherwise check your local pharmacy.
Alternatively, if you are unable to go to a needle exchange for whatever reason…
You can find 1ml packs of syringes online at websites like Exchangesupplies.org or medisave.co.uk, you won’t need above 1ml syringes to inject hormones unless the potency of your injectables is low but some pharmacies do give out 2ml syringes.
If injecting testosterone…
25G 1inch Low dead space (for injecting)
18G 1.5inch drawing up needle (drawing up… duh)
If injecting oestrogen…
You may find it easiest to inject with a syringe that has a fixed needle which diabetics mainly use.
You can pick your favourite colour and your preferred gauge size. The higher the gauge the less of a pain you may feel during an IM or SubQ injection…
While injecting, please remember to sanitise your vial and your injection spot. You can find a myriad of brands online that have pre-injection wipes but as I’ve already only listed exchangesupplies.org as a source so far you could purchase those linked below.
And remember to dispose of your needles and syringes safely by using a sharps bin and handing it over to pharmacy staff or getting it picked up by your local council.
